Last week I attended the ElectroChemical Conversion and Materials* Conference in Den Haag, The Netherlands. The event was organized by the Dutch Research Council and its goal is to gather together researchers both from academia and industry.

The conference was held on Friday 24 June 2022 at The Hague Conference Center and contained insightful keynotes from some of the most relevant actors in industry and academia. It was also a very good opportunity to network with other colleagues working in towards a hydrogen economy.

*The ECCM advisory committee advises the Dutch government about the transition to clean energy based on electrochemical techniques. Its recommendations promote four action lines: pilot and demonstration projects, new technologies for green hydrogen, the developing of the manufacturing industry, and educating new professionals in the field.
